Controller and contact

The data controller is the operator of the GoParačov website. For privacy questions, contact us at info@goparacov.cz.

What data we process

If you email us, call us or submit the contact form, we process the information you provide yourself — typically your name, email, phone number and message content.

We use this data only to handle your enquiry, discuss availability, arrange a booking and related communication.

Traffic analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website traffic. It is privacy-friendly analytics without cookies and shows aggregate statistics such as visit counts, traffic sources, approximate country, device type and visited pages.

Maps and external services

The website includes an embedded Google Maps map. The map is loaded from an external Google service and may be governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

The contact form uses FormSubmit, which forwards the submitted information by email to info@goparacov.cz. When the form is submitted, the form data is processed by this external service for the purpose of delivering the message.

Retention period and your rights

We keep enquiry and booking communication for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, booking and any related obligations. You may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing.

If you believe that your data is not being handled properly, you may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
